How we started
Thriving Tots was born from love, a love for neurodivergent kids, for their vibrant ways of experiencing the world, and for their right to be accepted, supported, and celebrated.
What began as one parent’s autism journey, quickly grew into a collective movement. Along the way, we discovered that what autism families needed wasn’t just resources, it was a sense of belonging. A space where difference is embraced, not merely accommodated.
We envisioned a haven—a place where the unique brilliance of neurodivergent minds is not only recognized but celebrated. A haven where families are truly seen, heard, and supported in all their experiences. That haven is Thriving Tots. And you’re welcome here.
Why the name "Thriving Tots"?
Because every child deserves more than survival—they deserve to thrive. We honour all the beautiful ways children grow when they are embraced for who they are.
"Thriving" reflects our vision of children growing with joy, confidence, and dignity, while "Tots" reminds us of the early, formative years when the right support can make a lasting difference. Our name is both a hope and a promise—one that reflects our deep commitment to nurturing the full potential of neurodivergent children, especially those on the autism spectrum.
